Deep mahogany in colour with roasted malt and hops aromas and a dense creamy head.  It enters the palate with intense hop flavour and coats the tongue with a rich maltiness.  7.2%

A nutty twist to a traditional European brown ale.  Dark brown in colour with a hazlenut aroma, a rich nutty flavour and a smooth malty finish.  6.2%

Since 1759, an Irish dry stout, it has a burnt flavour from roasted unmalted barley with rich creamy head, considered a ‘meal in a glass’ with only 198 cal per pint. 4.1%

 

Innis & Gunn - Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K.

• The Original –  this brew has a 77 day maturation that imparts flavours of toffee, vanilla and oak that together compliment the beer backbone of luscious malt and fruity hops.  The oak helps to give it its appealing colour and mellow the alcohol character leaving it smoother and easy to drink. 6.6%

Its a summer blonde with a twist.  Plenty of dried grapefruit rind added with Sterling and Willamette hops.  It has a grapefruit aroma with a clean citrus finish.  5.0%

A German Weiss style wheat ale that uses yeast imported from Germany.  You will find bananas and cloves to the nose with the taste of citrus and tropical fruits.  5.3%

 

 Boundary Bay Brewing - Bellingham, Wa., U.S.A.

• India Pale Ale -  the story of how an IPA got its name…..Inside Passage Ale (IPA) A style developed during the days of the British Empire; IPA’s higher alcohol content & big hop character were natural preservatives that protected the beer during its long voyage eastward to India. As one story goes, a shipwreck washed many cases of IPA to England’s shore & the locals tasted the beverage… the rest is history. 9%
